Notice of the production termination and discontinued sale for Random packing “MT-PAK”.

Matsui Machine Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We”) faced the lawsuit of the Unfair competition prevention law violation of MM’s random packing “MT-PAK” which was filed by Tsukishima Kankyo Engineering Ltd.

Although we have had trial in court for about four years, the dismissal and refusal of receipt of Final Appeal was decided by the ruling of the Supreme Court dated February 12, 2019.

We accept this ruling with sincerity and made a decision to terminate the production for Random packing “MT-PAK” and discontinue to sale for it on the basis of the court judgement.

We will continue to make further efforts to meet the service improvement and will contribute to the development of Random packing.
